If you are thinking of building your own home as an Owner/Builder, then why not come and have a relaxing night and have a talk about what it’s like doing such a big job. Talk to someone that has just finished their project. Roz & Neil, former owners of Kojonup Bed and Breakfast, have been building their new home on 10 acres in the township of Williams. They decided to move a little further north to be nearer family and in October 2014 started to build the project as Owner/Builders. With help from their family they have done all the build themselves, only using trades people for the licensed parts of the build. The project is nearing completion.
